???? Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Junior NOC (Network Operations Center) Engineer to join our technical team in Dammam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring network systems, diagnosing issues, and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure optimal network performance.
???? Key Responsibilities:
Monitor network infrastructure and systems using NOC tools.
Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate network-related issues.
Perform basic configuration and maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve incidents.
Generate and maintain logs and reports for system activity.
Ensure timely response and resolution within SLAs.
???? Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, routers, switches).
Familiarity with monitoring tools is a plus.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in shifts (including nights/weekends).
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
