Title - NOC Agent

Location - Qatar (Preferring Qatar locally available candidate)

Years of experience - 3+ years

Salary - 4k - 5k QAR

Skills Required -

• Minimum 3+ years of experience with current Industry certifications with practical hands-on experience

• Up-to-date Microsoft Practical hands-on experience

• Network analysis skills, ideally in a Cisco environment

• Strong troubleshooting and problem analysis skills

• Awareness of Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Azure, SCCM, and O365.

• Knowledge of IT Service Management principles, ITIL V4 Foundation certification.

• Knowledge of fundamental IT security principles.

• Experience with HP/Microfocus Service Manager and Operations Bridge Manager (OBM).

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with a specific focus on technical and operational documentation
