???? Key Responsibilities:

????️ Oversee daily IT operations and ensure smooth workflow.

????️ Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (hardware, software, networks, & security systems).

???? Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshoot issues for all employees.

???? Coordinate with external vendors & service providers for IT-related services.

???? Ensure data security, implement backup & disaster recovery plans.

???? Train and support staff on using IT systems, applications, and tools.

???? Monitor system performance analyses issues and recommend improvements.

????️ Maintain detailed documentation of IT assets, procedures, and support activities.

???? Manage network security protocols, firewalls, and system access controls.

???? Lead IT projects (upgrades, migrations, new implementations).

???? Ensure compliance with company IT policies and best practices.

✅ Requirements:

???? Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

???????? Proven experience as an IT Supervisor or similar role (team leadership is a must!).

???? Strong knowledge of networks, hardware, software & security protocols.

???? Excellent problem-solving & communication skills.

???? Leadership abilities to guide & motivate the IT team.

???? Certifications such as Comptia A+, Cisco, or Microsoft are a plus!

????Ability to analyse technical needs and implement effective solutions.
