IT Specialist

VOLTA Egypt for Air Solutions is looking for " IT Specialist "

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

- 0 to 2 years of experience in technical support or information systems.

- Good knowledge of operating systems (Windows) and Microsoft Office programs.

- Good understanding of networking (IP, DNS, DHCP) with the ability to diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently.

- Ability to install and configure servers (such as Windows Server).

- Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.

- Previous experience or knowledge of SAP is preferred, but not required.

- Proficiency in English (at least written and spoken).
