IT NOC Analyst

We're Hiring: IT NOC Analyst (Fresh Graduates Welcome!) ????

Are you a recent graduate with a strong command of IT infrastructure and application monitoring? Join our team and be part of Mobily’s IT NOC (Network Operations Center) team, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the availability of IT services for our internal and external customers.

 

???? Key Responsibilities:

24x7 monitoring of infrastructure and application performance

Conduct regular health checks to ensure IT services availability

Oversee IT planned maintenance and ensure minimal impact on services

Alert stakeholders on critical/high severity issues and coordinate swift resolutions

 

???? Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field

0-3 years of experience (Fresh Graduates with good command are welcome!)
