Job Title: ERP Manager (Oracle Systems)

Luna Group are seeking an experienced ERP Manager to oversee and manage all Oracle ERP systems within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of Oracle applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 • Oversee the full lifecycle management of Oracle ERP systems, including implementation, upgrades, and support.

 • Lead the ERP team to ensure optimal system performance and user support.

 • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and configure Oracle ERP solutions accordingly.

 • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.

 • Manage system integrations with other enterprise applications.

 • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues in a timely manner.

 • Develop reports and dashboards to provide key insights for business decision-making.

 • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system adoption and efficiency.

 • Stay updated with Oracle ERP best practices and emerging technologies.

 

Requirements:

 • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

 • 5+ years of experience working with Oracle ERP systems, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

 • Strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Cloud ERP, or Oracle Fusion.

 • Experience in ERP implementation, customization, and troubleshooting.

 • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

 • Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
