Duties:

 Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools

 Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues

 Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls

 Perform regular backups and disaster recovery operations

 Monitor and optimize system resources, such as memory, storage, and network bandwidth

 Update system documentation and procedures

 Ensure the security of systems and networks by installing and configuring security measures, such as

firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption tools

System Administrator

 Collaborate with other IT professionals and departments to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

 Inventory management maintaining an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all hardware and software

assets.

 Licensing management: Ensuring that all software is properly licensed and that the organization is in

compliance with software licensing agreements.

 Managing the purchase and deployment of new hardware and software assets.

 Monitoring and meeting rooms and checkup device status and testing devices
