Responsibilities:

✅ Maintain computer systems, desktops, and peripherals for optimal performance

✅ Perform OS upgrades and keep systems up-to-date

✅ Monitor and manage networking equipment and servers

✅ Troubleshoot system errors and provide technical support

✅ Assist in implementing and supporting new software & features

✅ Provide helpdesk support for network users

✅ Install, test, and monitor servers, firewalls, and security protocols

✅ Perform data backups and ensure system security

✅ Set up new equipment and train users on software & hardware

Requirements:

???? Experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and network maintenance

???? Knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and virus protection

???? Strong problem-solving and communication skills
