PPS Soft is seeking a motivated IT Help Desk Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing team.

???? Job Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in IT Help Desk / Technical Support

Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and basic Windows Server

Solid understanding of networking (LAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)

Hardware & software troubleshooting skills

Basic experience with Active Directory & Microsoft 365

A+

MCSA

CCNA
