We are a leading educational institution specialized in online education, headquartered in Nasr City – Cairo. We are looking to expand our team by hiring passionate Egyptian professionals with strong technical skills.

We are seeking to hire an IT Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis at the institution’s headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive technical support to staff members and clients.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, networks, and software.

• Maintain computer devices and ensure their readiness.

• Monitor networks and operating systems to ensure stability.

• Perform automation processes to enhance operational efficiency.

• Manage and develop the institution’s content on WordPress.

• Train employees on the use of technical tools and systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Relevant university degree.

• 1–3 years of experience in technical support.

• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) .

• Additional language is a plus.

• Proficiency in using WordPress.

• Good knowledge of automation tools.

• Familiarity with operating systems and networks.

• Advanced problem-solving and communication skills.
