We are looking for an experienced IT Support professional to join our team in Dubai.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• IT service request handling, software & hardware support

• Setup, configuration & troubleshooting of laptops, desktops, printers, IP phones

• Network support including routers, switches, access points & firewalls

• Windows & Windows Server installation, configuration & administration

• Network implementation, monitoring & troubleshooting

• Asset management, documentation, reports & helpdesk support
