Together group is hiring Frontend Developer Specialist/Senior Specialist [Fulltime | Remote]

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain user interfaces using React.js and Next.js, following component-

based development and best practices.

2. Implement responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible UI using HTML5, CSS3,

JavaScript (ES6+), and modern styling approaches.

3. Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs, ensuring efficient data handling, error

handling, and smooth user flows.

4. Apply Next.js rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, ISR) to improve performance, scalability,

and SEO.

5. Optimize frontend performance using techniques such as code splitting, lazy loading,

caching, and bundle optimization.

6. Ensure UI implementation matches design requirements and follows usability and

accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).

7. Apply frontend security best practices (e.g., input sanitization, safe rendering, secure auth/

session handling, preventing XSS).

8. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code aligned with coding standards and agreed architecture.

9. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and collaboration with backend/design/product teams to deliver high-quality features.

10.Troubleshoot, debug, test

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 to 6 years of frontend development experience with solid hands-on React and exposure to Next.js in production, ability to contribute to architecture decisions, and support/mentor other developers.

• Experience working on SAAS (Software as a Service) projects is a strong plus (e.g.,scalable UI patterns, role-based access, multi-tenant concepts, subscription flows). {isPreferred}

• Strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js (routing, app router concepts, data fetching,

SSR/SSG/ISR).

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and good experience with TypeScript.

• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI development.

• Experience with modern styling tools (e.g., Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, Styled Components, or similar).

• Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs and/or GraphQL.

• Good understanding of frontend state management (Context API, Redux, Zustand, or

similar).

• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows (branching, pull requests,code reviews).

• Understanding of frontend architecture, reusable component design, and clean coding

• Familiarity with testing (unit/integration/e2e) using tools like Jest, React Testing Library,

Cypress/Playwright is a plus.

• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and deployment workflows is a plus.

• works effectively with designers, backend developers, QA, and product teams to deliver

aligned outcomes.

• Ensures implementation aligns with frontend architecture and contributes to consistency

and scalability across the codebase.

• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mentality, and attention to detail.
