We are looking for a Performance Engineer:

Ø Graduated from Communication Engineering.

Ø ‏Good knowledge of 2G/3G/LTE/IMS/EPC network architecture.

Ø ‏Good command of English (writing & speaking).

Ø ‏Experience in using Microsoft tools (Excel, Word & Outlook).

Ø ‏Be able to work on a shift basis (12 hours/shift).

Ø ‏Work under pressure/Motivated/Team player/Good communication skills/Accountable/Understand customer needs /Change agent/Winning spirit

Ø ‏Military service is postponed or exempted.

Ø ‏Any programming language is a plus.

Ø ‏Egyptians only due to the Egyptian work regulations.

‏Duties:

Ø ‏ Monitoring KPIs for different domains.

Ø ‏ Responsible for initial analysis for KPIs degradations and reporting them within the proper escalation matrix and within the agreed SLAs.

Ø ‏WO/TT Management: Create WO/TT as needed, assign them to appropriate teams, change WO/TT status, follow up with FM/BO to ensure on-time closure of WO/TT.

Ø ‏Change Management: Monitor change impacts, authorize change execution start time, and monitor change planned end time.

Ø ‏Incident Management: Incident identification and escalation to concerned teams, cooperation with the incident manager during incidents.

Ø ‏Helping the team leader with the daily requests & reports.
