IT Specialist

Al_Assema Hospital is Looking for:

( IT Specialist)

* Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee hospital IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, workstations, and software applications.

- Provide day-to-day IT support to medical staff, quickly resolving technical issues to minimize disruptions in hospital operations.

- Ensure the stability of the hospital's LAN/WAN handle network configurations, and maintain VPNs firewalls, and switches.

- Implement security measures to protect hospital data, ensuring compliance with healthcare data protection regulations (GAHAR, etc.).

- Assist with the deployment of new technologies and system upgrades to enhance hospital etticiency

- Ensure all hospital data is securely backed up and implement disaster recovery plans.

* Requirements :-

- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, Windows Server environments, and firewalls.

- Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, and wireless networks.

- Familiar with ITIL processes or other industry standards for service management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- CCNA and MCSA certification; knowledge of virtualization and cloud technologies is a plus.

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

- Experience Not less than 1 years.

- Bachelor degree in any related field
