???? Responsibilities:

• Provide first- and second-line technical support to staff

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems

• Manage Active Directory, email systems, firewalls, and VPN access

• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

• Ensure data backups, security compliance, and IT documentation

???? Requirements:

• Minimum 0-2 years of experience in a similar IT support role

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking

• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, printers, remote access, and cybersecurity tools

• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and time-management skills
