Experience: 2 to 3 years max.

Net Salary: from 14k to 16k

Location: 6 October

Provide first and second-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and account-related issues.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers

Support users with operating systems (Office applications, email, , and POS devices)

Assist with user onboarding and offboarding, including account creation, access permissions, and device setup.

Manage daily tickets through the IT ticketing system

Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher support levels or relevant

Maintain inventory of IT equipment and update asset records consistently.

Ensure proper deployment, replacement, and return of IT assets for employees.

Perform periodic health checks on user devices and basic preventive maintenance.
