???? Location: Riyadh, KSA

???? Key Responsibilities:
???? Support, maintain, and improve the company’s IT infrastructure across all departments and projects
???? Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
???? Administer and maintain Windows and Linux systems
???? Manage network administration, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
???? Provide user support and service desk operations to ensure smooth workflow
???? Monitor and maintain IT security, applying best practices and policies
???? Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals
???? Collaborate with internal teams to align IT systems with project needs and company policies
???? Maintain documentation and reports related to IT operations
???? Requirements:
???? Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
???? 4–5 years of relevant IT experience
???? Hands-on experience in:
Network administration and troubleshooting
System administration (Windows / Linux)
Hardware and software maintenance
IT security basics
User support and service desk operations
???? Fluent in English (spoken and written)
