Hiring: Night Shift IT Support Engineer

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to handle L1/L2 troubleshooting, system monitoring, ticket management, and overnight technical support.

Requirements:

2–4 years of IT support experience

Strong knowledge of Windows, O365, AD & basic networking

Good communication skills
