⭕️ IT Help Desk Specialist
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware & software
• User support and ticket handling experience
⭕️ System Administrator
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Experience with Windows/Linux Servers, Active Directory, Networking
• Strong knowledge of system security, backup, and troubleshooting
⭕️ IT Manager
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in IT infrastructure, budgeting, vendors, and strategy
• Malls or large facilities experience is preferred
???? Location: Sheraton El Matar, Nozha
???? Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
???? Days Off: 1 day off per week
???? Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field
• Very good command of Microsoft Office
