Job Description
Change Management is responsible for controlling the introduction of changes within the customer’s telecom and IT infrastructure. The role ensures that all changes are implemented correctly, in line with standard procedures, and with minimal or no impact on customer services.
The Change Manager plays a critical role in preparing the customer’s telecom and IS/IT infrastructure to meet evolving business requirements while protecting service stability, reducing outages, disruptions, and rework.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the Single Point of Contact for the customer for all change management activities
• Chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and manage change approvals
• Ensure compliance with Change Management processes, Work Level Agreements (WLAs), and Work Instructions (WIs)
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to assess, plan, and implement changes
• Monitor and control change activities to minimize service impact and risk
• Support continuous improvement of the Change Management process

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecom or IT environments
• ITIL Certification is mandatory
