IT Support Engineer

IT Support Engineer - UAE

Salary: 8,000 – 10,000 AED per month

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (Royal Gas)

???? Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day Technical Support/Desktop Support/IT Help Desk and act as an escalation point.

Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networking (LAN/WAN), and database administration.

Administer and support ERP software systems, ensuring smooth operation and integrations.

Maintain system security (firewalls, antivirus, backups) and manage patch management.

Document system configurations and provide end-user support.1

Coordinate with IT vendors and assist with infrastructure planning/upgrades.

Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulatory standards for IT operations.

???? Qualifications & Requirements:

Mandatory Minimum 5 years of relevant IT operations/support experience.

Mandatory: At least 2 years of UAE experience is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and database administration.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems and enterprise software support.
