We’re Hiring: Senior Service Engineer – VAS / Cloud

We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Engineer (VAS/Cloud) to join our Managed Services Operations team.

???? Company location : Saudi Arabia

???? Role Overview:

The role is responsible for ensuring high Quality of Service, SLA & KPI performance, and day-to-day operations within cloud and VAS environments.

???? Key Responsibilities:

Manage Cloud Infrastructure and NFVI environments

Monitor service and network performance in real time

Analyze performance data, trends, and chronic failures

Drive service optimization and reconfiguration activities

Support service redesign and capacity planning

Lead the team as a technical authority

Troubleshoot hardware and system issues

Support acceptance testing and system validation

???? Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience with Ericsson Cloud Solutions (NFVi, CNIS, CEE, CCD, SDI, SDN, Orchestrator)

Solid knowledge of Linux, OpenStack, Kubernetes

Experience with Grafana, automation tools, shell scripting

Knowledge of IP & Datacom/Telecom Networks

Minimum 8 years of experience in Operations & Maintenance

Previous experience as a Technical Lead is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent.
