???? About the Role:

 

 

The IT Help Desk is responsible for providing first-level technical support, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth daily IT operations while maintaining a high level of user satisfaction.

 

 

 

???? Key Responsibilities:

 

 

 

• Provide daily technical support to users and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

 

• Receive, log, and follow up on incidents through the ticketing system.

 

• Install and configure computers, printers, and essential software.

 

• Manage user accounts and access permissions (email and internal systems).

 

• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams when needed.

 

 

 

✅ Requirements:

 

 

 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science.

 

• 1–2 years of experience in the same or a similar position.

 

• Excellent communication skills.

 

• Strong problem-solving skills.
