Trio Services (Subcontractor for Ericsson) is hiring an IP Backbone 2nd Level

Operation Engineer to join our Managed Services (MS) team.

You will be part of a highly skilled team managing and operating a large-scale IP Backbone (IPBB) network.

???? Job Responsibilities

Manage and operate IP Backbone network devices including Juniper, Huawei, Cisco, Extreme, and Ericsson routers and switches

Apply requested network changes such as software upgrades, link expansion, hardware changes, and node replacement

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors’ TAC to implement customer-aligned changes

Diagnose and resolve IPBB network issues (hardware, software, and system-related)

Replace defective components when required and ensure service stability

Create and maintain internal Knowledge Bases and conduct information-sharing sessions

???? Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science Engineering

Minimum 8 years of experience in network operations within large Mobile ISP networks

Strong hands-on experience with IP/MPLS technologies in telecom environments (mandatory)

Solid operational and configuration experience across multi-vendor IP platforms (Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, etc.)

Excellent knowledge of IP Routing Protocols: OSPF, IS-IS, BGP

Excellent knowledge of MPLS Technologies: MPLS-TE, LDP, VPLS

Excellent knowledge of switching technologies

Network automation / programming skills (Ansible, Python) are a plus

CCNP SP / CCIP / Juniper equivalent is mandatory

CCIE or Juniper equivalent is a strong plus
