IT Field Engineers & Service Desk Engineers

???? Hiring: IT Field Engineer (x3)

???? Location: Ajman & Dubai

???? Immediate joiners preferred (must already be based in the UAE)

Experience Required:

▫️Valid UAE Driving License is essential

▫️BSc. degree in Information Technology or a related technical field

▫️Minimum 3 years of experience in OS support and end‑user troubleshooting

▫️Strong customer service focus with problem‑solving and innovation skills

▫️Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

▫️Extensive Office 365 experience (administration exposure preferred)

▫️Experience with ITSM tools (Remedy, ManageEngine, ServiceDesk, Ivanti, etc.)

▫️Good understanding of networks

???? Location: Dubai

???? Immediate joiners preferred (must already be based in the UAE)

Experience required:

▫️BSc. degree in IT or related field

▫️3+ years of relevant IT experience

▫️Knowledge of networks, MS Office products, and Microsoft Windows

▫️Experience with ITSM tools (Remedy, ManageEngine, ServiceDesk, Ivanti, etc.)

▫️Service‑oriented, open, and strong analytical skills
