We are looking for a Performance Monitoring Engineer to join our team and support the monitoring and optimization of multi-vendor mobile networks.

???? Responsibilities

• Monitor 2G / 3G / 4G network KPIs across Ericsson, ZTE, and Huawei systems, detecting any abnormalities or performance degradation.

• Perform basic troubleshooting to resolve issues and maintain network stability.

• Follow the agreed escalation process for issues that require advanced support.

• Prepare benchmarking reports comparing performance before and after CR implementations.

• Handle event monitoring during peak times (Eid, holidays, weekends, etc.).

• Conduct daily and weekly health checks on network elements.

• Generate and submit daily operational performance reports.
