Job Description:
Easy Touch is seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer with at least 2 years of experience inside the UAE. The role involves managing network infrastructure, servers, on-site support, and ensuring IT stability across client environments.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain network devices (Routers, Switches, Firewalls).
Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
Implement and support IT infrastructure at client sites.
Handle virtualization environments (VMware / Hyper-V).
Provide on-site troubleshooting and technical support.
Execute infrastructure upgrade projects.
Monitor system performance and resolve issues.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in IT Infrastructure / Network / Systems.
Fluent in Arabic & English.
Strong LAN/WAN and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with Windows Server + Active Directory.
Knowledge of virtualization platforms.
UAE Driving License (preferred).
Ability to work on-site with clients.
