Requirements:
- Bachelor of information system / equivalent.
- Experience 2 - 4 Years in the same position (having MCSA is a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal and English language skill.
- Experience in (Help Desk – Identifying hardware and software solutions- Troubleshooting technical issues – Resolving network issues – Diagnosing and repairing faults.)
- Eager to learn, problem solver, User friendly and team player
- Egyptian nationality is a must.
Work Location: Elmerghany - Heliopolis.
