NextGen Communication is on the lookout for a Junior Wireless Engineer with 1 to 2 years of experience in WiFi and Pre-WiMAX technologies. This is your chance to grow within a dynamic and fast-evolving tech company delivering advanced wireless solutions across the region.
???? Your Role
Assist in designing and deploying WiFi and Pre-WiMAX networks
Support site surveys, network assessments, and RF planning
Help configure and maintain wireless access points and antennas
Provide support during installations, troubleshooting, and optimizations
Work closely with senior engineers to deliver seamless wireless connectivity
Document project details, configurations, and technical findings
✅ Who You Are
1–2 years of hands-on experience in WiFi or Pre-WiMAX deployments
Basic understanding of RF principles, signal propagation, and network design
Familiarity with tools like Ekahau, Wireless planner is a plus
Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to wireless projects
Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills
Degree in IT, Telecommunications, or related field preferred
