• Provide first-level support (software/hardware/network).

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and perform minor repairs.

• Handle PC setup, deployment, and user support.

• Escalate unresolved issues to next-level support.

???? Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk.

• Knowledge of Active Directory, Networking, Switches & Routers.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Good English skills.

• CCNA / MCSE knowledge is a plus.
