* Perform 4G/5G network optimization, KPI analysis, and recommend improvements for site and network performance.

* Cross-Functional Collaboration – Interface with Ericsson teams (Operations, Design, Core, Project) and handle VIP complaints related to 2G/3G/4G/5G.

* Testing & Quality Assurance – Conduct drive test analysis, optimize clusters (2G/3G/LTE/5G), and ensure competitive service quality across the network.
