???? Key Responsibilities:

Handle support tickets and respond to technical inquiries promptly. ????

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. ????️????

Assist in system installation, configuration, and maintenance. ⚙️

Support IT operations and user onboarding processes. ????

Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers. ⚡

Maintain accurate documentation and IT records. ????

 

???? Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. ????

Technical Knowledge:

Operating Systems: Windows, macOS, Linux ????️

Networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP ????

Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork. ????

Location: Must be based in Riyadh ????

Preferred Certifications: CCNA, Azure, AWS ????
