The role involves providing technical support for Zoho and iCare systems, as well as general IT troubleshooting.

✅ Requirements:

Strong knowledge of IT systems and software

Experience in providing user support (Zoho & iCare preferred)

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
