ITSM Helpdesk

We're looking for a skilled ITSM Helpdesk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our clients and ensure seamless IT support.

???? 3+ years of experience in desktop support, service desk

???? Strong knowledge of ManageEngine ServiceDesk or Similar

???? Familiar with ITIL framework and ticketing systems

???? Proven track record in resolving complex technical issues

Location - Abu Dhabi , UAE

Salary - AED 4,000- 5,000/ All Inclusive

Should be open to work in night shifts if required.
