IT Deskyop Support Engineer

We're looking for skilled and motivated professionals to join our IT team in the following roles:

???? IT Deskyop Support Engineer

???? Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues

Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment

Manage user accounts, email systems, and Active Directory

Support Microsoft 365 environment and basic networking

Monitor and maintain system performance and security

Ideal Candidate Should Have:

✅ 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (Freshers with strong knowledge may also apply)

✅ Good understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts

✅ Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

✅ Certifications like CompTIA A+, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications (preferred)
