IT Manager

Egybell is hiring an experienced IT Manager for a leading company located in Maadi

 

oversee our full IT operations, from infrastructure and cloud platforms to cybersecurity, end-user support, and digital transformation. This role requires technical depth in Microsoft technologies and strategic leadership across a global IT landscape.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage hybrid infrastructure (Azure, Microsoft 365, on-prem systems)

• Administer Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive

• Oversee Azure AD, Intune, Cloudflare, and Zscaler configurations

• Implement Microsoft Defender XDR, Sentinel, and Purview compliance tools (eDiscovery, DLP)

• Plan and execute IT projects using Agile and DevOps methodologies

• Manage SLAs, service desk operations, and global IT support performance

• Mentor IT teams and align technology initiatives with business objectives

Preferred Skills:

• Deep knowledge of Azure, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, Defender, Sentinel, and Zscaler

• Azure Cloud solutions Arch Expert.

• Jira or ServiceNow for ITSM workflows

• Strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and budgeting skills.

 

Requirements:

Experience: 5 –10+ years in enterprise IT leadership.

Required: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Very good English is required.
