L1/L2 Support Engineer – LAN, WAN & Desktop Support
Job Title: L1/L2 Support Engineer – LAN, WAN & Desktop Support
Locations:
Saudi Arabia: 7 Positions
Dubai: 15 Positions
Job Type: [Contract / Full-Time – as applicable]
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 support for LAN/WAN infrastructure and desktop environments
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (wired and wireless)
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware (PCs, printers, routers, switches)
- Handle OS-level troubleshooting (Windows, basic Linux if required)
- Provide technical support to end-users (remotely and onsite)
- Monitor and escalate issues as per defined SLAs
- Coordinate with vendors or senior teams for unresolved issues
- Maintain proper documentation of support activities and configurations
Requirements:
- 1–3 years (L1) or 3–5 years (L2) of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN concepts and troubleshooting
- Experience with desktop support, including hardware and OS issues
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Certifications like CompTIA A+, N+, CCNA are a plus
- Must be available to work onsite in Saudi Arabia or Dubai, as assigned
