Join our dynamic team as a Telecom Site Engineer Level 2, where you’ll lead site installations, upgrades, commissioning, and maintenance across various telecom projects. This role requires solid technical skills, field leadership, and vendor coordination.

 

???? Key Responsibilities:

 

 • Supervise site teams and telecom equipment integration

 • Conduct quality checks, audits, and site documentation

 • Troubleshoot RAN, transmission, and power systems

 • Ensure site safety and compliance standards

 • Support junior engineers and technicians

 

???? Requirements:

 ✔ 6+ years in telecom site operations

 ✔ Experience with BTS, RRU, Antennas, Microwave links

 ✔ Familiarity with upgrading rollout and vendor tools

 ✔ Degree or Diploma in Telecom/Electrical Engineering
