???? Key Roles & Responsibilities:
????️ Provide first-level technical support to staff across departments
???? Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
???? Assist in maintaining and configuring LAN/WAN, printers, and workstations
???? Install, upgrade, and monitor system performance and security
???? Document IT issues and resolutions in a timely and organized manner
???? Support users in person, remotely, and via phone or email
???? Ensure all devices and systems adhere to company security protocols
✅ Qualifications:
???? Diploma or Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
???? 0–2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
????️ Fluency in English and Arabic is essential
???? Basic understanding of network infrastructure, troubleshooting, and system support
???? A team player with excellent communication and customer service skills
