Please make sure that the appropriate Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes in support of the project are followed.
• SCCM and other Microsoft Technologies:
• Creating users through the domain controller/ remotely.
• Active Directory.
• DNS.
• Configure DNS for the user.
• DSCP
• reserving an IP address.
• group policy.
• Emails: creating new users.
• Configure Outlook for the new user.
• (Exchange Question)
• is pop in IMAP.
• cache mode in Outlook. Knows how to disable and enable in Outlook.
• address book.
• User management
• Emails
• supporting VPN.
• Experience in Multifactor Authentication Solutions.
• Process of building new computers.
• Laptops and desktops.
• Windows update ex Windows XP to Windows 7 or 7 to win 10.
