???? What You’ll Be Responsible For:

· Lead the IT department across infrastructure, technical support, networking, and systems administration.

 · Oversee and manage the ???????????????? ???????????? implementation across all business functions, in coordination with vendors and internal teams.

 · Develop and enforce IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and data protection practices.

 · Ensure robust network and Wi-Fi infrastructure, including ???????????????? ???????????????????????????? (????????????????????, ???????????????????? ????????????????, or similar).

 · Administer and secure ???????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????, ???????????????????? ????????????????????????????, ????????????????????????????, and ???????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????.

 · Ensure regular data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity measures.

 · Plan and manage IT budgets, licensing, hardware/software procurement, and vendor relationships.

· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.

· Train users and departments on ???????? ????????????????????????????, tools, and ???????????? ????????????????????????????????????.

· Evaluate new technologies and lead digital transformation initiatives.

???? What You’ll Bring:

· 9+ years of IT experience, including

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

· Proven experience in ???????????????? ???????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????? and ???????????????????????????? is a must

· Strong technical knowledge in ????????????????????????????????????????, ????????????????????????????????????????????????????, and ????????-???????? ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????? (especially ???????????????? networks)

 · Hands-on expertise with ???????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????, and ???????????????????? ???????????????? ????????????????????????????

 · Solid understanding of Windows Server, domain management, and cloud environments

 · Previous involvement in digital transformation projects is a plus

 · Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
