???? Job Summary:

 We are seeking a motivated Junior NOC (Network Operations Centre) Engineer to join our technical team in Dammam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring network systems, diagnosing issues, and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure optimal network performance.

 

???? Key Responsibilities:

Monitor network infrastructure and systems using NOC tools.

Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate network-related issues.

Perform basic configuration and maintenance tasks.

Could you collaborate with senior engineers to resolve any problems?

Generate and maintain logs and reports for system activity.

Could you ensure a timely response and resolution within SLAs?

 

???? Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, routers, switches).

Familiarity with monitoring tools is a plus.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work in shifts (including nights/weekends).

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
