We’re Hiring: IT Support Specialist (UAE)

* Must have valid UAE driving license & own car

Are you a hands-on IT professional with a passion for troubleshooting and user support?

We’re looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hardware/software support for user devices & peripherals

• Handle POS system setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting

• Support basic network configuration (LAN, Wi-Fi, etc.)

• Deliver timely technical assistance to end-users

• Document IT systems, escalate complex issues when needed

• Travel to various locations for on-site support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in IT or related field

• 4+ years of IT support experience

• Familiar with POS systems, networking basics (DHCP, DNS, LAN)

• Strong problem-solving & communication skills

• Valid UAE driving license and own car – required

Added Advantage:

• Certifications (CCNA, MCSA, ITIL V4)

• Helpdesk/ticketing system experience
