Job Description:

 We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Alexandria. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in hardware, software, and networking, with a passion for solving technical issues and providing outstanding user support.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.

· Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices.

· Perform routine maintenance and updates on PCs, printers, and network equipment.

· Respond to user requests in a timely and professional manner.

· Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.

· Assist in managing IT inventory and ensuring proper functioning of all IT systems.

Requirements:

· 1–3 years of hands-on experience in IT support (hardware, software, and networking).

· Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic network troubleshooting.

· Familiarity with LAN/WAN, switches, routers, and internet configurations.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple support tickets.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
