Key Technical Responsibilities

• Administration of Active Directory (AD) on Windows Server 2019

• Management of File Servers on Windows Server 2019

• Data backup & replication using Veeam

• Experience with VMware ESXi 7.0.1

• Storage management and utility tools

• Configuration and management of Access Points & Switches, Firewalls and VOIP systems

• Handling NVR & DVR CCTV systems (IP and analog)

• Administration of ERP Systems

• Domain and cPanel administration

• Site-to-site VPN connections

Required Skills

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to manage IT projects and vendors
