At Top Value Solutions, we're expanding our technical team in Giza, Egypt, and we're looking for a skilled IT Technical Support Specialist who’s ready to tackle challenges head-on and keep our infrastructure resilient and responsive.
???? Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support across user systems, applications, and networks
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Configure and manage operating systems and business applications
- Maintain logs and documentation for incidents and resolutions
????️ Technical Requirements:
- Strong experience with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and general IT support
- Solid understanding of network basics and structured cabling
- Hands-on experience with FortiGate, Sophos, and Kaspersky security solutions (installation, configuration, and troubleshooting)
- Good communication skills and a service-oriented approach
