Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Supervisor with 5 to 8 years of experience to lead our IT operations and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and hands-on experience with enterprise-level IT systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities & Technical

Requirements:

Administration of Active Directory (AD) on Windows Server 2019

Management of File Servers on Windows Server 2019

Data backup & replication using Veeam

Experience with VMware ESXi 7.0.1

Storage management and utility tools

Configuration and management of Fortigate Firewalls

VOIP systems using Grandstream

Management of Access Points & Switches – Aruba

Handling NVR & DVR CCTV systems (IP and analog)

Administration of ERP Systems (Softex and Odoo)

Management of Microsoft 365 Admin Center (2 portals)

Domain and cPanel administration

Site-to-site VPN connections

Required Skills:

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to manage IT projects and vendors

Excellent communication and leadership capabilities

Ability to work independently and under pressure
