We are specifically looking for talented professionals from Pakistan or candidates currently based in Qatar with strong experience in the banking domain.
???? Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
✅ Handle CRM modules, business processes, and third-party integrations
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2/3 CRM issues
✅ Lead CRM deployments, maintenance, and manage production environments
✅ Support data migration, customizations, and security configurations
✅ Collaborate with project teams, business users, and external vendors
???? Required Skills & Experience:
???? Strong command of .NET Framework (Asp.NET Web API), JavaScript, HTML5, CSS
???? Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM – including plugins, workflows, dashboards
???? Experience with Common Data Service SDK, SOAP/REST APIs, and SQL Server (SSIS/SSRS)
???? Hands-on experience with 'KingswaySoft" and Dynamics 365 upgrades preferred
???? Solid understanding of DevOps, troubleshooting, and debugging tools
???? Prior experience in the banking industry is essential
