Job Title: Network and Security Admin.
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Client: Leading Multinational Corporation.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of IT professionals, including infrastructure engineers, network administrators, system administrators, and support technicians.
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team and ensure alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment by promoting teamwork, accountability, and professional development.
- Plan, design, implement, and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, network infrastructure, virtualization platforms, MS365, Azure and cloud services.
- Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of infrastructure components through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and optimization.
- Implement and enforce security measures to protect the organization's data and systems from unauthorized access, malware, and other threats.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and ensure data integrity in the event of a system failure or disaster.
- Lead infrastructure-related projects from initiation to completion, including planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6 – 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including experience leading a team.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise-level IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage systems, networking, virtualization, MS365 Infra and cloud services.
- Proficiency in infrastructure monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
- Expertise in implementing and managing security controls and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), VMware Certified Professional (VCP), FortiGate , or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate may be preferred.
