IT Specialist

Job Responsibilities:**

* Manage and maintain company IT systems, networks, and hardware.

* Provide technical support and troubleshoot software and hardware issues for employees.

* Ensure the security and integrity of data through backups, antivirus protection, and cybersecurity measures.

* Install, configure, and update software and hardware as necessary.

* Collaborate with various departments to understand and support their IT requirements.

* Manage IT assets, inventory, and procurement of new equipment.

* Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.

* Support the implementation of ERP systems and other business applications.

* Train employees on IT best practices and security protocols.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

* 3+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related role.

* Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.

* Experience with cybersecurity measures and data protection.

* Familiarity with ERP systems and business applications is preferred.

* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
